Ted Preister and his co-workers treated me with above and beyond professionalism. When I called with questions, they were very patient with me at all times while explaining the answers to my questions. It was a very long process from the start to finish of my reverse mortgage. I used Christian Trowel For my Reverse Mortgage, he’s an absolute professional there with you all the way from beginning to end which only took 3 1/2 weeks. It was easily done. If you have any questions you will give you his personal phone and answer any of your questions. It was really an easy process with him. He makes you feel human, not like a number which counts big for me.
