Good Morning! I'm late with this review, however, I would like to THANK Chris O'Malley for his wonderful professional expertise in the Reverse Mortgage process.  Chris is very patient and had a calming way of reassuring me along the process.  This is a first time loan procedure for me and I would express to Chris that it was overwhelming he would keep me encouraged.  Chris also has a great professional crew that covered all the different parts of this loan to make it happen.  We need more Chris O'Malley's in the customer service field.

Ted Preister and his co-workers treated me with above and beyond professionalism. When I called with questions, they were very patient with me at all times while explaining the answers to my questions. It was a very long process from the start to finish of my reverse mortgage. I used Christian Trowel For my Reverse Mortgage, he’s an absolute professional there with you all the way from beginning to end which only took 3 1/2 weeks. It was easily done. If you have any questions you will give you his personal phone and answer any of your questions. It was really an easy process with him. He makes you feel human, not like a number which counts big for me.
