August 2026 Newsletter
At Atlantic Avenue Mortgage, innovation is more than adopting new technology or trying something different. It is a commitment to continually finding better ways to serve our clients, support our team, and grow as a company. “Better” is not just our motto. It is our mindset.
That focus on innovation continues to play an important role in our growth. By listening to feedback, improving our processes, investing in technology, and challenging ourselves to raise the standard, we have been able to serve more homeowners while continuing to deliver the personalized experience our clients expect.
That growth is also happening right here at home. The expansion of our Lake Worth office is an exciting reflection of how far AAM has come and where we are headed next. As our team grows and our footprint expands, we are creating more opportunities to collaborate, strengthen our capabilities, and help even more homeowners achieve greater financial flexibility.
Growth brings change, but our purpose remains the same. Every improvement we make is ultimately about creating a better experience for the people who trust us with some of their most important financial decisions. Our commitment to innovation helps us find new ways to make that experience more efficient, informative, and supportive.
As we continue through this quarter, we are excited to celebrate the progress innovation has made possible and to keep asking one important question: How can we make ourselves and our client experience better?

Word on the Street
We’re pleased to share a recent client review that highlights what we aim to deliver in every interaction: clear guidance, responsive communication, and a steady commitment to service. Client feedback matters to us because it reflects the real experience of the individuals and families we support. Here is a review recently shared about Christian Trowel’s work with a client:
“I used Christian Trowel For my Reverse Mortgage, he’s an absolute professional there with you all the way from beginning to end which only took 3 1/2 weeks. It was easily done. It was really an easy process with him. He makes you feel human, not like a number which counts big for me.” – Frank
Christian, one of our Loan Originators, had the following to say about the role he played helping this client:
What was the borrower hoping to accomplish when they began the refinance process, and how did your team help support that objective?
When I first spoke with Mr. Glaser, one of his primary goals was to address home repairs resulting from damage to his property. We took the time to understand his circumstances, discuss the available loan options, and explain how the transaction could help him work toward his financial objectives. Ultimately, he was able to access funds for the repairs while restructuring his existing mortgage and maintaining additional funds for future needs.
How do you approach educating borrowers so they feel informed, comfortable, and empowered during the refinance or mortgage process?
Education comes first. I want borrowers to understand the loan program, the available options, and the important considerations associated with the transaction before making a decision. My role is to provide clear information, answer questions, and serve as a resource throughout the process so borrowers can make informed decisions based on their individual circumstances and financial goals.
What part of this borrower’s experience best reflects the service standards you strive to deliver at Atlantic Avenue Mortgage?
For me, it was the opportunity to listen to Mr. Glaser’s concerns and provide a level of communication and support that addressed what was important to him. We want every borrower to feel heard, respected, and informed throughout the process. Personal attention and service is what we strive to provide at Atlantic Avenue Mortgage.
